About the event
You are invited to step away from the noise and into the wide, quiet of the "desert" of the solemnity of the Lenten Season.
Join us for a spiritual retreat centered on "a desert walk"—the kind of walking through the desert that strips away hurry, loosens our grip on certainty, and makes room for God to meet us in stillness. Like the people of old, we will enter the desert not to escape life, but to listen more deeply within it.
Over the one day retreat, we will sit with silence, pray with Scripture, walk the land, and reflect together on the true meaning of fasting during Lent.
