Our Facilities

The Franciscan Retreat Center offers 34 overnight guest rooms and 7 different sized conference/meeting areas as well as acres of groomed and natural grounds.

Francis Place

...is home to our Registration and Administrative offices, as well as meeting rooms and guest lodging.
 

Marian Hall

...is an exquisite example of how the architects of this facility chose to use native stones to blend beautifully with the natural setting.

It features 22 guest rooms, a lovely living room, and small coffee/meal area.

With six different meeting spaces and one spacious event center. we have a large selection of options to fill your group needs.

 

We can accommodate groups of up to 100 in a theater style seating arrangement and can arrange for a multitude of different set ups of varying sizes in different spaces.

We serve three complete meals per day in our lovely dining room, which can accommodate up to 100 guests.
 

We also offer Continental Breakfast, Box or Deli 

Lunch meals which can be served in your meeting room.

 

With advance notice, we are able to accommodate guests who are gluten-free, and vegetarians who will eat fish and dairy.  

Guest Rooms

Francis Place is our main conference center building. Our registration desk and administrative offices are located in this building. The Second Floor has twelve bedrooms with private baths making 24 twin beds available in this building.

Marian Hall has two floors of single, double, and triple bedrooms with a total of 46 twin beds. Most rooms have private baths, although a few rooms in this building share a bath.

Meals are available and reservations can be made at the time of your booking.
Shared bathroom: Room rate is $5 less than seasonal room rate for single, double, and triple rooms.

Rates vary depending on your group needs. Our reservations coordinator can help you sort through the needs of your group and what will be most cost-effective for a successful event.

 

We provide audio/visual equipment. Please call our Registration Office at (719) 955-7025 for further details.
